It all started when I was just a kid at a wedding with a disposable camera. So I guess you could say I've been shooting weddings since the 90's! I am in love with creatively capturing moments in a candid and relaxed way while making sure that you're having fun and feeling cool as a cucumber. I love finding beauty in the weird and wonderful and I love making people feel like rockstars. 

I grew up listening to classic rock & country music, riding horses and jumping bails in farmers fields. I’ve been doing photography in some form or another for over half my life. I started playing with film cameras and when I was 15, I saved my allowance and all my bottle money to buy my first DSLR. I named her Prudence and I took her all over the world with me! 

I’ve lived in Japan and Ireland and although I love nothing more than travelling with my camera and I am always dreaming of the places I will go next, there's nothing like coming home to Alberta skies. I eat Taco Bell when I'm sad and my comfort movie is Pride & Prejudice. 

I can’t wait to get to know your story too, and I’d be so honoured to play a small part in helping you tell it.

I'm not going to tell you what you HAVE to wear, like you only should wear beige and colour is off limits. Being you is the whole dang point! Wear what you love. Be with your love. Somewhere that you love. Doing what you love! Eat ice cream at the park. Play video games at home on your comfy couch. Take the dog for a walk. Go for a hike in the mountains. That said I have so many ideas and I am there every step of the way to help you plan your day or your photo session.
